i'm assuming mad hair means like crazy if that is the case you can just flip your hair upside down and spray a lot of hairspray in your hair and make it really frizzed out with your hands

Since your hair is LONG %26amp; BLONDE ~ crimping is great idea ~ and try to make it stick out. Hair Spray will help it stick out.

You cuold also put some other colors in it (temporary color) -

And it depends if you want to look nice or rediculous - you could put yuor hair in little tiny fasteners all over your head kinda like tiny pig tails everywhere - more funny looking than MAD though.

Hey I had another idea: RAT it UP and spray it - then put DUSTING "baby" POWDER in it to make it look WHITE like your DRESS !!! COOL %26amp; MAD !!!

ok...tease it alot and put little bows in it..and put colored hair extensions in ur hair!..(ya,im basically explaining scene hair...WHICH I LUV!)
