That sounds like me, I like to wear orange and red, they make me look darker so I don't get made fun of for a having white skin. Blue and pink are also good colors to wear they will bring out your eyes.

Depends on what tone your skin is. If it has more pink undertones, pastels would probably be best. If your undertones are more golden, then warm colors.

I have dark brown hair and brown eyes, my skin color is dark though. I like going for the more natural look {light browns, pinks %26amp; creams} or if you want to look a bit more suductive or sexy use dark colors like purple, blue or greens. Greens could also be used for a natural look.
