My dogs hair and skin is turning from white to orange?

She does have allergies, but does that make her hair and skin turn orange color or does that come with age. She is a rat terrier and bichon frisse mix. She is about 7 years old.

That is staining and irritation from the constant licking. Dog saliva will do that, it isn't age, although years of doing it makes them look worse.

Saliva and other mucus membrane secretions, like tears will stain the coat to a pinkish color. Try using a moist cotton ball not a q-tip and wipe the areas she chews on throughout the day. Use a dry cotton ball after.

Change her diet. Try Cal-Can; my pets all had the sleekest pelts, whether cat or dog. C-C seems to have the right nutrient balance.
