Yes and i know cuz you've got the same description as me and I've been dying my hair darker colors and everybody loves it. My fav so far is aburn with plum.

Black hair with blueish -greenish eyes looks incredible, you could also try chocolate, your esyes will stand out and they will lok very attractive, dark colors also help you hide small skin defects (wrinkles, expression lines, stains etc.)
