You're not thinking of Natasha Bedingfield, are you? She's from Britain, and she's blonde and very young. AND... the first few times I heard her hit song "Unwritten", I would have SWORN that she was black. She really has that "sound", for lack of a better word. And I certainly do NOT mean that in a negative way. I love the song!! :) It's just that Natasha's voice really sounds like a black singer in that song.
